If the EHD approves the use of X-19, you should submit a <br /> request for pre-approval of costs to the CUF. <br /> Based on these items, the EHD has concluded that the FS is inadequate and some parts <br /> of it are unnecessary [H&S Code 25296.10(c)(3)]. The Feasibility Study is not approved <br /> as submitted.
