The SCM is not here or on Geotracker. NO <br /> mention of it was made in the 4th QMR I just received on Geotracker today. <br /> Additionally, you're late on submitting this application and late for the field work phase for these borings as noted <br /> in your schedule in the work plan. Looks like the report due in Feb 2008 will be late too. <br /> I've been patient with this site, but you've exhausted my ability to tolerate the delays. <br /> I'll issue the permit today. <br /> Schedule the work for THIS MONTH. Call/email me with 2-working days notice of the date the drilling will start. <br /> THe report of findings for this phase, in updated SCM format, is to include revised mass calculations as per EHD <br /> requirements and is to be ON GEOTRACKER so that it is available for EHD review on April 1, 2008. <br /> if you consider this notice as not sufficient to relay my intent,just let me know today. I will gladly put it in formal <br /> correspondence to the RP and the CUF with the notatation that the SCM is due immediately(Feb 22)and that <br /> sites/RPs are required to be in compliance with directives issued by the EHD. As of today, the site/RP is not. <br /> I'll start the letter tomorrow if I don't hear from you today. <br /> Michael J.
