I've attached the lab <br /> dat i and all of the soil samples were non-detect. There was contaminated soil in the shallow <br /> poi ion of MW-109,but I do not believe there is a cubic yard of this material that would require <br /> a prmit from SJVUAPCD for aeration. <br /> De Mr.Infirm, <br /> lYll V As per our telephone conversation this morning, I've attached additional information for your <br /> rev ew regarding the spreading of soils at J. M. Equipment, 1245 W. Charter Way, Stockton. <br /> I'v included a spreadsheet indicating the quantity of soil involved, and the lab data from <br /> bor ng SB-109(completed April, 1999). There was contaminated soil in the shallow portion of <br /> 109 but this only amounts to approximately 0.5 cubic yards. <br /> Th map shows the proposed location for spreading as specified by Mr. Ed Henriques, J. M. <br /> Eqi ipment site manager. <br /> Ple a review the data and let me know if you concur with this proposal.
