Main Street, Manteca <br /> 1985 Yosemite Avenue, Manteca <br /> Please be advised that well surveys are included in Appendix A — Reports, Tri- <br /> Regional Board Staff Recommendations as part of the initial work plan once <br /> ground water has 6een shown to be contaminated. The purpose is to identify <br /> potential receptors and ground water gradient influences. It is also on the <br /> checklist in Appendix B of the Tri-Regional Recommendations for data required <br /> for closure of underground tank sites. <br /> Conductance of a Nell survey should not require preparation of a work plan. Well <br /> surveys should colisist of contacting the Department of Water Resources, <br /> municipal water SL ppliers, and any industrial, agricultural, or domestic sites that <br /> may have water walls within 2000 radial feet of the site for information about <br /> existing wells. Since well logs do not exist for many wells, physical searches for <br /> wells located withi 12000 radial feet of the site should be conducted and <br /> PHS/EHD well pe mits should be researched. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
