Equipment Company <br /> 1245 West Charter Way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Project No 507 2 <br />' September 24, 2003 <br /> MEXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />' This report summarizes the results of the 2"a Quarter 2003 groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling event that took place on June 24, 2003 For this event, the average groundwater <br /> elevation at the site was —10 87 feet mean sea level (msl) The groundwater flow <br /> calculations were not conclusive due to anomalous elevations in wells MW-5, 7, & 10 A <br /> vertical groundwater gradient calculation for wells MW-9 & 109 was not completed due to <br /> the variance in the groundwater gradient as measured in the water table wells <br /> The analytical results of groundwater samples show that detectable concentrations of <br /> gasoline range hydrocarbons were present in six of the site's eleven groundwater <br />' monitoring wells The magnitude of the contamination in the wells is consistent with <br /> historical site data The fuel oxygenate compound MTBE was detected in five of the wells <br /> rThe Oxidation-Reduction Potential measurements show that ten of the monitoring wells are <br /> within the halo of reaction depleted water caused by biodegradation of the contamination <br />' plume <br />
