Ms Karen Petryna <br /> C A �` B R I A July 14, 1999 <br /> • 11I� Page 2 <br /> A Sensitive Receptor Survey identified 4 wells (one domestic and three of unknown type) within <br /> a 112-mule radius of the subject property According to the EDR maps, four state wells and one <br /> public well are within one mule of the subject property but one of these are within 1/2-mile <br /> There are no surface water bodies within a 1/2-mule radius of the subject property <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work associated with this Limited Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was <br /> limited to the following tasks <br /> • Field reconnaissance of the subject property and adjacent properties located within <br /> x approximately a 1/4-mile radius of the subject property, <br /> • Review of historical city directories at the Stockton Public Library, <br /> Review of historical aerial photographs of the site and surrounding area, <br /> • Review Sanborn fire insurance maps for the area, <br /> • Review of government database inforination, prepared by Environmental Data Resources, <br /> i Inc (EDR), to evaluate sites within ASTM recommended search distances, <br /> c Review of the Department of Water Resources (DWR) well information for the site and <br /> surrounding area, and <br /> o Evaluation of information gathered and development of this report <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located on the northeast corner East Charter Way and South Airport Way <br /> in Stockton, California (Figure 1) The site is approximately 18,900 square feet, and is roughly <br /> rectangular The site is identified by assessor's parcel number 151-370-07 The City of Stockton <br /> has zoned the subject property as General Business (C2). Properties that surround the subject <br /> property along both East Charter Way and South Airport Way(on the same block) also are zoned <br /> as General Business <br /> SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A reconnaissance of the site and a cursory visual inspection of adjacent properties were <br /> performed on June 16, 1999 The subject property currently is a vacant dirt lot surrounded by a <br /> cyclone fence There were no buildings or other items on the lot <br />
