Wilson Way <br /> Stockton CA 95205 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)has completed the review of <br /> the application for permit(SR0051695)to replace the 91-leak detector. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br /> from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 3. All components installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br /> 4. All monitoring equipment must be approved and listed in the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board's Local Guidance Letter 113:"List of Leak Detection Equipment and <br /> Methods for Underground Storage Tanks." <br /> 5. Contact Michelle Henry(953-7699) to arrange the following inspections appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br /> a. Verify that the 91 leak detector will detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at <br /> 10 PSI. <br />
