SJEHD determined the stockpile was not acceptable for reuse on the site. On December <br /> 26 and 27, 2007, approximately 79 cubic yards of soil were transported to the Allied Waste <br /> Forward Landfill in Manteca, California, and disposed of as non hazardous waste. The five <br /> disposal manifests are attached. <br /> Groundwater Information <br /> Groundwater was not encountered during soil sampling. A monitoring well outside the <br /> station building was sounded on November 5, 2007, and depth to water was found to be <br /> approximately 40 feet bg.
