TPID certificate is posted in the office of the manager. <br /> 5. Facility uses Lakin Tire as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (EDTs)were available for review. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *8. Reminder that the waste tire manifests must be retained for 3 years. <br /> 9.
