Main St. - PR0537644 <br /> John, <br /> I have reviewed the submitted return to compliance for the APSA/SPCC inspection.There is one violation that remains <br /> open, dealing with the integrity testing of the tanks. Once the testing is complete, forward the inspection reports from <br /> the SP-001 certified inspector and that should address the open violation. Per the revised SPCC plan, the 2,000 gallon <br /> tank does not need to be tested. I did not review the entire plan and only focused on the areas dealing with the <br /> noncompliance issues. <br /> The SPCC plan will be mailed back <br /> FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, <br /> and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
