THE PIE WAS 3 HOURS PAST THE DATE ON THE BOX, IT <br /> WAS STUCK TO THE PAPER. WHEN THEY WENT IN TO COMPLAIN THERE WAS NASTY FOOD BUILD UP ALL <br /> OVER THE FLOOR BY THE ICE CREAM MACHINE. COMPLAINANTS CHILDREN BECAME ILL THAT NIGHT, <br /> COMPLAINANT BELIEVES FROM THE HAPPY MEALS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection today. Spoke with the general manager, Brennen Resendes. <br /> 1. The facility was not aware of the complaint. <br /> 2. There has been no reported illnesses by employees. <br /> 3. Facility has a method to log/record ill employees. <br /> 4. No employees work at other food facilities, health care facilities or daycares. <br /> 5. Staff receives food safety training. <br /> 6. Staff consumes food made at facility. <br /> 7. There has been no recent out of country travel by employees. <br /> Observed the preparation of foods. Employees followed proper hand washing procedures.
