THE CUTTING BOARDS HAVE SPOTS OF BLACK MOLD. THERE ARE NO LABELS OR <br /> DATE SYSTEM.THE REFRIGERATOR SYSTEMS ARE NOT TO CODE.THE BOTTOM REACH IN ARE NOT HELD TO <br /> TEMP. THE MEAT HAS OXIDIZED AND STILL SERVED. NO GLOVE USE SO THEY WILL HAVE WORKERS GO FROM <br /> REGISTER TO FOOD FROM BUSSING TO COOKING. NO ONE WEARS PROPER KITCHEN ATTIRE OR SAFETY <br /> SHOES. THERE IS FILTH AND GRIME EVERYWHERE, INCLUDING RODENT TRAPS. THERE ARE AN ABUNDANCE <br /> OF FLIES IN THE KITCHEN. I DO NOT FEEL THEY ARE IN ANY SORT OF HEALTH SAFETY COMPLIANCE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was aware of this complaint. Manager stated that he let go of 2 employees and they told him that they <br /> were going to call the health department. <br /> Observations: The fryers are old but they are in good working condition. Manager stated that most of the caked on grease is <br /> removed on a routine basis.The vents above the grill are very greasy and need to be cleaned more often. Did not observe <br /> mold on the cutting boards. They are stained with black marks when hot equipment burns them. Food bins are labeled. Food <br /> in walk in cooler is not required to be labeled or dated.There is one refrigerator that is out of service. Food is currently on ice <br /> bath. Replace cooler ASAP.All coolers are commercial. Hamburger meat changed color, but meat is not spoiled. Employees <br /> with long nails/fancy rings are not using gloves. Provide gloves for these employees. Observed proper and clean kitchen <br /> attire.Aprons are provided. Several kitchen surfaces are not clean. Clean daily and on aroutine basis. There are rodent traps, <br /> saw no evidence of rodents. Saw gnats/fruit flies. Contact pest control.
