GNATS FLYING ALL OVER, LANDED ON (C),S FOOD. (C)AND <br /> FAMILY MEMBERS GOT SICK AFTER EATING THERE. DIRTY BATHROOMS, CLOGGED TOILETS, RAT DROPPINGS <br /> IN BATHROOM. URINE AND FECES ALL OVER BATHROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Chlorine bucket for dishwasher was empty. He stated that it might be from a ex-employee. None of the <br /> employees have been ill.They have pest control. Last visit was 2 days ago. Meals are prepared when order is placed. <br /> Observations:All of the coolers with potentially hazardous foods are working adequately. Fresh/raw burger patties do not <br /> appear to have freezer burns. Rest rooms are very clean and toilets are not currently clogged.They have all of the required <br /> supplies. Gnats were observed only under sinks/tables at the bar. No evidence of rats. Hand wash stations have hot/cold <br /> water/soap/paper towels.
