Telephone: (866) 377-6420 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00041311 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> On 04/07/16 at approximate 11:11 the complainant bought a chocolate monster energy shake. When complainant poured <br /> the drink into a cup the drink came out in chunks. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was aware of this complaint. Customer came to store with the empty can. Manager said that he told <br /> customer to call the manufacturing company and to get another can. Customer got angry and was told to leave. <br /> Observation: Product is sold refrigerated (not required) at 41 F. Took one can and poured it into mop sink. No evidence of <br /> chunks was observed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
