SITE CHRONOLOGY <br /> FORMER A.W. HAYES FACILITY <br /> 2005 NAVY DRIVE, STOCKTON <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 2546 <br /> CVRWQCB CASE # 390659 <br /> 03/20/1987 Two USTs were removed and soil samples were collected on this date. <br /> One was a 12,000-gallon UST used for diesel and one was a 1,000- <br /> gallon UST used to store waste oil. <br /> 08/27/1991 The EHD filed a URR for the positive soil sample results for the UST <br /> removals in 1987. <br /> 07/23/1996 The site was placed in the LOP by the EHD and an NOR was sent to the <br /> RP. <br /> 10/29/1999 Six borings to ground water were completed. Soil and ground water <br /> samples were collected and results can be found in Summary Report, <br /> Soil and Groundwater Investigation, Former Underground Fuel Tank Site, <br /> 2005 Navy Drive, Stockton, California prepared by Ramcon Engineering <br /> and Environmental Contracting, Inc. (Ramcon) dated November, 1999. <br /> 12/18/2003 Four monitoring wells (MW) were installed on-site. Soil samples and <br /> ground water samples were collected for analysis and results can be <br /> found in the Ramcon Summary Report, Additional Soil and Groundwater <br /> Investigation, Former Underground Fuel Tank Site, 2005 Navy Drive, <br /> Stockton, California dated June 22, 2004. <br /> 07/30/2008 The date of the EHD directive letter to RP to sample all MWs, claim the <br /> site in GeoTracker, and upload required information in GeoTracker. <br /> 06/10/2010 The date of the latest report prepared by KR Environmental. The Report <br /> Groundwater Investigation, First Student Bus Facility(Former A.W. Hayes <br /> Facility) submitted to EHD summarizes the three sampling events for <br /> 2003, 2008, and 2010. <br /> 09/08/2010 EHD and CVRWQCB staff met on this date to discuss referral of the site <br /> to the CVRWQCB due to non-compliance and non-fuel ground water <br /> contamination. To date, this site remains unclaimed by the RP in <br /> GeoTracker and no reports have been uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> 09/16/2010 The date the EHD prepared a Formal Referral Letter for the CVRWQCB. <br />
