Hayes <br /> 2005 Navy Drive <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) adopted Resolution No. 2009-0042 <br /> on May 19, 2009. This resolution directs the Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br /> Local Oversight Program (LOP) agencies to reduce quarterly monitoring requirements to <br /> semi-annual or less frequent unless site-specific needs warrant otherwise at all <br /> contaminated underground storage tank sites under their regulatory oversight. <br /> The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) LOP.
