Report-Groundwater Invest%%tion <br /> First Student Bus Facility(Former A.W.Hayes Facility) <br /> 2005 Navy Drive—Stockton, CA <br /> 5.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Information presented herein was collected in accordance with procedures generally <br /> accepted for soil and groundwater investigations. As such, data and information collected <br /> for analysis and evaluation is limited by the level of completeness of information made <br /> available to KR Environmental, Inc. through the Client, past environmental <br /> investigations, State and County government documents, and guidelines and restrictions <br /> of other procedural information acquisition sources. Other information was documented <br /> by previous findings and results obtained during groundwater investigation activities <br /> conducted by others. <br /> The conclusions and recommendations expressed and offered herein are restricted to the <br /> evaluation of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater beneath the Site. No <br /> opinions are expressed or implied as to the presence or absence of chemicals other than <br /> those specifically referenced in our soil and groundwater investigation as herein <br /> delineated. <br /> The findings of this report apply to the November 18, 2008 (sampling date) conditions <br /> only. All opinions expressed herein are subject to revision in light of new information <br /> and no warranty or position assertion is either expressed or implied. <br /> 6.0 CERTIFICATION <br /> This Report entitled "Report, Groundwater Investigation, First Student Bus Facility <br /> (Former A.W.
