• • <br /> Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)Violation T14 CCR Section 18459.3 -Waste tire manifests were not available for review. <br /> A. The waste tire generator, and end-use facility shall retain a copy of the completed Manifest Form at their <br /> place of business. Manifest Forms shall also be retained for three (3)years. These records shall be made <br /> available to any authorized representative of the Department upon request. <br /> B. Ensure subsequent manifests are saved and stored on site. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted in back office. <br /> 2.)Waste tires were stored in a pile outdoors on the east side of the shop. Facility estimated 350 waste tires <br /> stored in the pile. The pile dimensions measured 6ft x 28ft x 5ft. <br /> 6 x 28 x 5= 840 cubic feet <br /> 840 cubic feet/27 = 31.111 Cubic Yards <br /> 31.111 Cubic yards x 14 tires/cy(laced) =435.555 <br /> 435.555 x .8 = 348.44 <br /> 3.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Juan Pantoja (Mechanic). <br /> 4.) Fill out permit exclusion notification form attached and submit to CalRecycle. <br /> 5.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 6.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to neighborhoodtires@gmail.com <br /> *Re-inspection will be conducted on or after June 9, 2017.
