DRANK HALF HIS DRINK,THOUGHT HE WAS CHEWING ON ICE, BUT SPIT OUT SHARDS <br /> OF GLASS. COMPLAINANT FOUND MORE SHARDS IN HIS CUP,AND MIXED WITH THE SALT AROUND THE RIM. IN <br /> TOTAL FOUND ABOUT 8-10 SHARDS OF GLASS AND CONCERNED HE MAY HAVE SWALLOWED SOME. MANAGER <br /> HAD COMPLAINANT FILL OUT ACCIDENT REPORT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, he is aware of the complaint.There was a broken glass in the 2 sliding door cooler at the bar and when the <br /> complainant complained, manager took corrective measures by cleaning the cooler and removing any broken glasses found. <br /> By inspecting the bar cooler, no broken glasses are observed.
