CONSUMED OYSTERS AND <br /> BECAME SICK.WAS DIAGNOSED WITH VIBRIO ON 10/4/18. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Utensil washing ok. <br /> The oysters are received times per week. They are stored in the walk in cooler 39 F.They are placed in the cold case as <br /> needed.
