CONSUMED OYSTERS AND <br /> BECAME SICK.WAS DIAGNOSED WITH VIBRIO ON 10/4/18. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Operator is not aware of complaint. <br /> No other complaints about this matter. <br /> There have been no reported illnesses by employees. <br /> No employees work at other food facilities, daycares, or health care facilities. <br /> Staff receives food safety training (FHC and FSC). <br /> There has been no out of country travel by employees <br /> Handwash facilities provided. Utensil washing ok. <br /> The oysters are received times per week. They are stored in the walk in cooler 39 F.They are placed in the cold case as <br /> needed.
