SAN JOAQUIN <br />C_010NTY- <br />c, n Greotness grows herk�. <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />Time In: 12:13 pm <br />Time Out: 1:08 om <br />Name of Facility: WEBSTERS COUNTRY BURGER DRIVE-IN <br />Date: 07/10/2019 <br />Address: 18737 E HWY 88, CLEMENTS 95227 <br />Owner/Operator: WEBSTER, PENELOPE SUE <br />Telephone: (209) 470-0759 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Complaint #: C00050038 <br />I DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS I <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE RESTROOMS AND THERE IS NO SOAP. <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES MANAGEMENT LEFT A NOTE IN THE RESTROOMS REGARDING THE SOAP SAYING <br />THEY WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE SOAP FOR THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY WASTE IT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />Hand sink -- Rest room -- 107.00° F <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. As per person in charge, she is aware of the complaint. She said she provide the temporarily soap <br />bottle for each customer requesting using the rest room as they steal bottles if kept in rest room. I saw the note posted in rest <br />room. I required the person in charge to remove the post and provide a wall installed soap dispenser instead of the <br />temporarily soap bottle. Person in charge removed the post and provided the soap bottle till installing the wall soap dispenser. <br />Rest room has hot water 107F and paper towels from dispenser. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
