Stark <br /> 2051 Inman Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> Re: Proposed WeinerschnitzeVTastie Freeze Ice Cream <br /> Naglee/Grant Line Road <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> Dear Mr. Stark: <br /> This letter will indicate Health Department approval of drawings submitted for the proposed <br /> "Weinerschnitzel/Tastie Freeze Ice Cream" subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) The floor surfaces in all areas in which food is prepared, packaged, open food storage, utensil <br /> washing areas, refuse storage, janitorial areas, and all restrooms and employee change areas <br /> shall be smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material which is easily <br /> cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall with a three- <br /> eighths (3/8) inch mirmum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four (4) inches. <br /> Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in these areas. CURFFL 114150 <br /> ➢ This includes the walk-in cooler and freezer. <br /> 2) Provide enclosed light fixtures (shatterproof shields) over all areas where food is prepared, or <br /> stored in open containers or utensils are cleaned. CURFFL 114170 <br /> 3) Provide well fitting, self-closing doors to all toilet rooms. CURFFL 114105 <br /> You must keep this office informed of the construction progress. An inspection must be <br /> scheduled at least 48 hours in advance when the facility is ready to open with all equipment <br /> installed and thorough cleaning completed. A fee of$78.00 per hour may be accessed for any <br /> additional inspections, re-inspections or consultations. <br /> Any item(s) inadvertently overlooked in the plan check process, which is not in compliance with <br /> applicable County Codes and/or State Laws, shall be constructed or reconstructed upon request <br /> of the Environmental Health Department.
