COMPLAINANT ALLEGES HE OBSERVED AN OPEN PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION BOTTLE IN THE FOOD <br /> PREP AREA AND WHILE HE WAS LEAVING, HE OBSERVED A ROACH. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free; Vermin-Proof <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Window, by the stove, is not tightly sealed and has a hole. During my inspection, I observe the front door of the facility open.As per <br /> owner, one of the customers open it. Corrected on site. Owner closed the door. By inspecting the facility; dining area and back <br /> kitchen, I didn't observe any live or dead cockroaches. I observed 2-3 flies in dining area. I observed back window and back <br /> door has sealed screen for flies control. I observed sealed medication bottles, placed on one of clean utensils shelves. <br /> Corrected on site as owner removed the medication bottles from the storage shelves.
