Person on site stated that it was not the first one returned today and they had 3 boxes of <br /> rancid meat in the back. <br /> Site visit-Observed boxes of meat from Holten Meats, chuck beef patties lot number 12149, facility <br /> 394A, born date 5-5-15. Facility received meat with this lot that was not the same standard as the <br /> usual product. Observed meat being cooked from this lot and from the lot with the born date of <br /> 5-14-15, neither patties were rancid but the previous date was off in color and not as juicy. All meat <br /> are received from Sysco once a week (July 16th) frozen and maintained frozen until cooked. <br /> Facility received 6 boxes and 3 were not of the usual quality.
