Time In: 10:00 am <br /> Time Out: 10:42 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: FOSTER FREEZE#186 Date: 11/20/2018 <br /> Address: 315 N HAM LN, LODI 95240 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)368-6398 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00047662 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT WATCHED EMPLOYEE PICK THEIR NOSE AND HANDLE MONEY BEFORE HANDLING FOOD. <br /> EMPLOYEE ONLY PUT ON THE GLOVES AFTER I POINTED OUT THAT SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HANDLE <br /> CASH MONEY BEFORE HANDLING FOOD. PLEASE CONTACT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING THESE <br /> PEOPLE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY ILL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Follow up complaint inspection. <br /> Gloves are available on site. By interviewing one of the employees about how they help customer from taking orders till order <br /> delivery. She washes hands,take order with money handling.Then wash hands and wears gloves to start to prepare and <br /> cooks food. Discard gloves and deliver order to customers. They start to use gloves more often.
