Corrected on site. <br /> Cooling down-temperature at end of inspection is 67F. Cool to 41 F or below. <br /> Several food items on the prep unit and in the chefs drawers are above 41 F(see itemized temperatures on measured <br /> observations section. Maintain all cold food at 41 F or below. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
