P Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)464-0138 Web:www.sigov.org/ehd <br /> �Lhi <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: SONIC RIPON-COLONY LLC Date: 09/01/2016 <br /> Address: 1483 W COLONY RD, RIPON 95366 <br /> Owner/Operator: MCMILLIAN, SCOTT A Telephone: (209)599-0127 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00042121 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> CO 0042121 states: "ON 8/25/2016 AT APPROXIMATELY 7:00 PM COMPLAINANT ORDERED A CHILI DOG.WHEN <br /> COMPLAINANT TOOK A BITE THEY NOTICED THE BREAD WAS HARD AND FALLING APART, UPON OPENING THE <br /> WRAPPER THE COMPLAINANT SAW THAT THE BUN WAS MOLDED. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH <br /> FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on duty is aware of the complaint. Customer spoke with facility operator and was given a refund. <br /> Per Manager,the product in question was not moldy. She believes that the customer was referring to residual flour on the <br /> bun. <br /> Upon inspection, no moldy buns were observed.
