The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been
<br /> addressed for PRODUCTION CAR CARE PRODUCTS as of May 08, 2019.
<br /> Open violations from January 24, 2019 inspection
<br /> Violation#5 -Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on
<br /> site.
<br /> One 55 gallon drum of mixed liquid waste from drained aerosol cans, 1,000 liter tote of Grimebuster, at least 610
<br /> pounds of grease (one 450 Ib. drum, and four 40 Ib. pails), one 1,800 gallon tank of Tunnel Express Cherry soap,
<br /> one 1,000 liter tote of Labs 100 waste, 1,000 liter tote of diamond dust emulsion; one 1,000 liter tote of tunnel
<br /> express 44 wheel cleaner, three blue poly drums of unknown liquid(next to the drum of sodium hydroxide), 1,800
<br /> gallon tank of Tunnel Express Cherry Soap, one 55 gallon drum of sodium hydroxide, one 55 gallon drum of waste
<br /> wax, one 55 gallon drum of Triton TM CF-10, one 55 gallon drum of PTB Arco solvent, one 55 gallon drum of waste
<br /> Kelecin F, eleven 55 gallon drums of methyl acetate, one 55 gallon drum of SIS Formula A-1 200 proof(denatured
<br /> ethanol), one 1,000 liter tote of Priowax P/40 (polypropylene glycol), one 1,000 liter tote and two 55 gallon drums of
<br /> Calumet 420-460 solvent, one 350 gallon stainless steel tank of turpentine, one 55 gallon drum of xylene LIN 1307,
<br /> one 55 gallon drum of 142 flash solvent, TOFA-1 Tall oil fatty acid(fire rating 1), one 55 gallon drum of Calsuds
<br /> (danger, corrosive, inhalation hazard), one 55 gallon drum of Glycolic acid 70%, one 55 gallon drum of Surfactant
<br /> NP 9, four 55 gallon drums of Glycol Ether EB, two 55 gallon drums of Tetra Sodium EDTA39% Solution
<br /> (corrosive), two 55 gallon drums of AO-728 Special Surfactant, two 55 gallon drums of D95 Fluid, one 55 gallon
<br /> drum of L-60 B, one 1,000 gallon tank of Tunnel Express non-acid wheel cleaner(silic acid, disodium salt,
<br /> surfactant), one 1,600 gallon tank of Anti-Static, one 55 gallon drum of Servisol (petroleum distillates, isopropyl
<br /> alcohol, xylene), 86 gallons of Production hand cleaner, 1,032 19 oz. aerosol cans of glass cleaner, one 55 gallon
<br /> drum of antifreeze, four 55 gallon drums of unknown material, one 55 gallon drum of unknown liquid waste, and two
<br /> 55 gallon drums mislabeled as "amonia" (ammonia)which the owner said were not ammonia were found on site that
<br /> have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's
<br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.
<br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the polybutene, diesel fuel, green glass cleaner, dirty glue and
<br /> liquefied petroleum gas are not complete/accurate. The amounts of liquid polybutene and green glass cleaner are
<br /> shown in pounds vs. gallons; the size diesel fuel tank has is wrongly identified as 400 gallons vs. 1,000 gallons; the
<br /> hazardous materials type the dirty glue has not been identified. This information must be current and submitted as
<br /> part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> The map does not show storm and sewer drains (not legible), access and exit points, emergency shutoffs,
<br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment(fire
<br /> extinguisher and spill control). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent
<br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous
<br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable
<br /> for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting
<br /> System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.
<br /> Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to
<br /> date.
<br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting
<br /> System (CERS) annually by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of
<br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the
<br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
