<br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting
<br /> System(CERS) annually by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of
<br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the
<br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a Class II violation.
<br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations.

<br /> of Labs 100 waste, 1,000 liter tote of diamond dust emulsion; one 1,000 liter tote of tunnel express 44 wheel
<br /> cleaner, three blue poly drums of unknown liquid (next to the drum of sodium hydroxide), one 55 gallon drum of
<br /> sodium hydroxide, one 55 gallon drum of sodium hydroxide, one 55 gallon drum of waste wax, one 55 gallon drum
<br /> of Triton TM CF-10, one 55 gallon drum of PTB Arco solvent, one 55 gallon drum of waste Kelecin F, eleven 55
<br /> gallon drums of methyl acetate, one 55 gallon drum of SIS Formula A-1 200 proof (denatured ethanol), one 1,000
<br /> liter tote of Priowax P/40 (polypropylene glycol), one 1,000 liter tote and two 55 gallon drums of Calumet 420-460
<br /> solvent, one 350 gallon stainless steel tank of turpentine, one 55 gallon drum of xylene UN 1307, one 55 gallon
<br /> drum of 142 flash solvent, TOFA-1 Tall oil fatty acid(fire rating 1), one 55 gallon drum of Calsuds (danger,
<br /> corrosive, inhalation hazard), one 55 gallon drum of Glycolic acid 70%, one 55 gallon drum of Surfactant NP 9, four
<br /> 55 gallon drums of Glycol Ether EB, two 55 gallon drums of Tetra Sodium EDTA 39% Solution (corrosive), two 55
<br /> gallon drums of AO-728 Special Surfactant, two 55 gallon drums of D95 Fluid, one 55 gallon drum of L-60 B, one
<br /> 1,000 gallon tank of Tunnel Express non-acid wheel cleaner (silic acid, disodium salt, surfactant), one 1,600 gallon
<br /> tank of Anti-Static, one 55 gallon drum of Servisol (petroleum distolates, isopropyl alchohol, xylene), 86 gallons of
<br /> Production hand cleaner, 1,032 19 oz. aerosol cans of glass cleaner, one 55 gallon drum of antifreeze, four 55
<br /> gallon drums of unknown material, one 55 gallon drum of unknown liquid waste, and two 55 gallon drums
<br /> mislabeled as "amonia" (ammonia), and 1,000 gallons of diesel were found on site and the updated information has
<br /> not been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information
<br /> submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS):
<br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material.
<br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials
<br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name.
<br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the
<br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a Class II violation.
<br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel.
<br /> Employee training records were not available at the time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions
<br /> for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be
<br /> documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately
<br /> provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD.
<br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll.
