The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PRODUCTION CAR CARE PROD as of May 08, 2019. <br /> Open violations from January 28, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> At least twenty one 265 gallon totes (1,000 liter) totes of Labs (alkyl sulphonic acid) UN-2586, eight 55 gallon drums <br /> of Ideal cleaning solution, 93 gallons of Rubber Bumper treatment, 90 gallons of triethanolamine, 85 gallons of <br /> Grease Release (sodium hydroxide), 70 gallons of Blue Rubber Dressing (isopropyl alcohol), 132 gallons BLT <br /> cleaner (sodium metasilicate), 53 cases of aerosol brake cleaners (13 and 20 ounce cans), 186 gallons of leather <br /> conditioner(petroleum distillates), 190 gallons of lacquer thinner, four 55 gallon drums Macol—600, at least 66 <br /> gallons of vinyl top dressing (flammable), three 265 gallon totes of Kars#4 Dressing, two 265 gallon totes and three <br /> 55 gallon drums of Cosmo Clean, two 265 gallon totes of Super 104, one 265 gallon tote of Super Lotion hand soap, <br /> three 55 gallon drums of X-743 plasticizer, one 55 gallon drum of Lemon Fresh, one 55 gallon drum of Salvogel, <br /> one 55 gallon drum of Bingo, one 55 gallon drum of waste under coating, two 55 gallon drums of coco amido propyl <br /> betaine, nine 55 gallon drums of mixed aerosol cans (full), one 55 gallon drum of unknown type solvent, two 55 <br /> gallon drums of tectyl 121-BC (c), three 55 gallon drums of Calfoam (alcohol and 1, 4-Dioxane), three 55 gallon <br /> drums of KARS#28 dressing, one 55 gallon drum of Calamide O, two 55 gallon drums of Tectyl 518, three 55 <br /> gallon drums of Surfonic 124 CAS#127184, one 55 gallon drum of Tint-AYD BB 1331, one 55 gallon drum of acid <br /> thickener, one 55 gallon drum of unknown flammable liquid, two 55 gallon drums of PA-14 Acetate, one 55 gallon <br /> drum of Duoprime 350, two 55 gallon drums of C2-0563 repellent(xylene and Stoddard solvent), two 55 gallon <br /> drums of hydraulic fluid, one 55 gallon drum of Barquat MB80 UN-1903, four 55 gallon drums of Micromulse, one 55 <br /> gallon drum of mineral oil, nine 55 gallon drums of Methyl Acetate, one 55 gallon drum of Amphoteric 400, two 55 <br /> gallon drums of Ethyl Acetate, one 55 gallon drum of Propanol, one 55 gallon drum of Tech-10, one 55 gallon drum <br /> of hexylene glycol, one 55 gallon drum of Kelsol 3969-B2G-70, one 55 gallon drum of toluene, three 55 gallon <br /> drums of Bardac 208M UN-1903, one 55 gallon drum of Triton 66, and nine 265 gallon totes of Zohartaine ABC <br /> were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be <br /> reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br /> at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the formaldehyde, acetone, sodium hydroxide solid, silicone fluid, truck <br /> trailer soap, water stain remover, and Calsoft F-90 are not complete/accurate. 60 gallons vs. 30 gallons of <br /> Formaldehyde, 165 gallons vs. 55 gallon of acetone, and 900 pounds vs. 60 pounds of sodium hydroxide solid were <br /> found on site; silicone fluid is shown in pounds vs. gallons; the hazardous materials type for the trailer soap, water <br /> stain remover, and Calsoft F-90 has not been completed. This information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Violation #6 -Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map does not show loading areas, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points (trailers and confined areas), <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment <br /> (spill control). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and <br /> sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling <br /> and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then <br /> list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Violation#9 -Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
