We make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees, community,
and environment. For your convenience, pertinent portions of the Notice to Comply
(NOC) are reproduced below, along with our responses. The concerns raised in the
NOC are bolded and italicized below.
1. The map does not show loading areas, storm and sewer draines,
access and exit points(structures), emergency shutoffs, hazardous
,material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment
(fire extinguishers and spill control), and a legend has not been
provided to identify the code and symbols used on the site map.A site
map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads,
adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points,
emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous materials
handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
