The hazardous material type for the oily absorbent, hydraulic oil, and gear oil has not <br /> been completed and the storage pressure for the compressed oxygen and propane is not complete/accurate. This <br /> information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map does not show loading areas, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points (structures), emergency <br /> shutoffs, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers and spill <br /> control), and a legend has not been provided to identify the code and symbols used on the site map. A site map shall <br /> contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit <br /> points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and <br /> emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br /> label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were lacking. Section C. the phone number for the Local Unified Program <br /> Agency,209-468-3420 has not been identified. A business plan shall include the following emergency response <br /> procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection March 1, 2019. Lather the Sam <br /> day, the report was amended by the EHD.
