Training programs for all employees and annual <br /> training, including refresher courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release <br /> of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and <br /> procedures. These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or <br /> update the facility's training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http-.Hcers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System(CERS) annually by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the <br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this by <br /> either writing "NA"for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this by the <br /> next submittal. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
