During your inspection, <br /> nine (9) violations were observed and noted on the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act <br /> Inspection Report (inspection Report) which you presented to Tiger Lines, LLC (Tiger Lines) at <br /> the conclusion of your inspection. <br /> According to the requirements stated in the Overall Inspection Comments Section (Page 6 of 7), <br /> in the Inspection Report, Tiger Lines is required to "Complete and submit a copy of the Return to <br /> Compliance Certification Form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions <br /> that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by April 13, <br /> 2019." <br /> Enclosed you will find the following documents which will facilitate the reporting of the <br /> information listed in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's (EHD) <br /> Inspection Report, dated March 14,2019. <br /> • Cover Letter <br /> • Return to Compliance Certification Form <br /> • Tiger Lines Corrective Actions for the 14Marl91nspection <br /> Please note that Tiger Lines is in the process of completing all the corrective actions. Our <br /> consultant, WGR Southwest has been retained to assist in this matter. <br /> A telephone conference call with the EPA Region 9 Representative will be scheduled to discuss <br /> the `permanently manifolded' tank issue regarding the two 25,000-gallon diesel tanks mentioned <br /> Page I of 2 <br />
