The SPCC Plan has been updated to reflect the <br /> corrective actions taken in response to the Notice of Violations(NOVs) presented to Tiger Lines during your <br /> inspection of the facility on March 14, 2019. Tiger Lines believes that all the violations have been corrected. <br /> Of importance,is the STI SP001 inspection performed on April 25, 2019. Please refer to Appendix F in the <br /> SPCC Plan for the details and supporting documentation of that inspection. <br /> Please review the Plan and confirm that the corrective actions taken by Tiger Lines are satisfactory and have <br /> fulfilled all the requirements of the NOV s. Upon receipt of your confirmation, the Plan will be sent to the <br /> Professional Engineer for certification.
