Scope of Work <br /> On April 25, 2019, Pacific Environmental Systems, LLC performed an external <br /> inspection/integrity test on the aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) containing diesel fuel located <br /> at Tiger Lines, LLC, at 927 Black Diamond Way. The inspection was performed in accordance <br /> with Steel Tank Institute's (STI) "SP001 Standard for the Inspection of Aboveground Storage <br /> Tank 6`I' Edition" and also Pacific Environmental Systems, LLC. Aboveground Storage Tank <br /> integrity test procedures. The following summarizes the results of the inspection. <br /> Executive Summary <br /> Pacific Environmental Systems, LLC utilized STI-SP001 instructed inspection/test method, <br /> visual inspection and Pacific Environmental Systems, LLC. test methods under STI-SP001 6m <br /> Edition for the two (2) Modem Welding Fireguard tanks. The visual inspection was performed <br /> using guidelines outlined in Steel Tank Institute's standard of inspection SP001. The integrity <br /> testing was via BOA-PDS discriminating sensor, horoscope camera, vacuum test of interstice, & <br /> steel thickness measurements.. <br /> The following report includes the findings for the inspection performed. This PACIFIC <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, LLC final report has no intent nor represents, inany form, an <br /> Engineering Evaluation of the serviceability of the tank structure.
