Freemouw Environmental Services picked up the <br /> barrels. Of the 5 barrels, one was completely empty just like the 2 empty barrels that <br /> were lined against the outer wall. Three barrels were only partially filled and I was <br /> able to consolidate everything into two(2) full 55 gallon drums. Freemouw handles our 2 <br /> other waste streams and they will be our vendor for the blast media. <br /> 2 . ) I was successful in opening up the link you provided for the SPCC template. I don't <br /> understand why it would not open before but I have it now.
