Emergency response to: <br />1. Bombs/Explosions <br />2. Fire <br />3. Spills <br />The following contingency plan has been prepared for the B&C Painting solutions. The purpose of this <br />plan is to protect the safety and welfare of the employees and community in the event of an emergency <br />incident and to comply with federal and state laws pertaining to hazardous waste generators with respect <br />to preparedness and prevention for emergency events. <br />Note: This plan and its contents must be reviewed, updated, and revised, if necessary, whenever: <br />a) the facility permit is revised; <br />b) the plan fails in an emergency; <br />c) the facility changes — in its design, construction, operation, maintenance, or other <br />circumstances — in a way that materially increases the potential for fires, explosions, or <br />releases of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents, or changes the response <br />necessary in an emergency; <br />d) the list of emergency coordinators changes; or <br />the list of emergency equipment changes. <br />Spills <br />The following actions will be taken in response to a spill of hazardous material: <br />
