Please review and feel free <br />to contact us if you are in need of anything further. <br />Item # 110 <br />Please see the accompanied documents marked #I 10 <br />Item # 122, 123, 124 <br />We did have the signed documents in another binder. We have combined all completed <br />manifests into the same binder and will continue to keep them better organized <br />Item # 601 <br />The drum in the sanding room was about 12% full at the time of your inspection. Because it is a <br />slow generating waste stream it had been over looked because of how little was in the container. <br />We have called Fremouw Environmental Services and have scheduled a pick up for the week of <br />11-5-12. In the future, we will keep better track of the date and before it gets close to 90 days we <br />will have it hauled off no matter the level of waist in the drum. <br />Item # 804 <br />Please see the enclosed receipt for the disposal of the light bulbs.
