Dcc. 9, 2011 Employee Training <br />All employees shall receive hazardous materials training. <br />This training to be provided by a person with hazardous <br />materials knowledge. Training to be given on a semi- <br />annual basis. The training will cover the areas of: <br />l .Identifying and labeling of materials <br />2.Storage of materials <br />3.lnspection of Storage Containers/Tanks <br />4.Spill Prevention <br />Training conducted on 9 Dec. 2011, trainer, Norman <br />Lumpkin. <br />All employees present with the exception of: <br />Joseph Perrin, Shipping, make-up TBA <br />Will Jacobs, Driver, make-up TBA <br />Jim Bailey, Driver, make-up TBA <br />
