<br />Painter: Paint parts, inspect parts, mix paints, operate/maintain painting equipment, read
<br />blueprints, operate batch ovens. Maintain safe and clean work area
<br />Sales Manager: Maintain customer relations/service, generate new customer accounts,
<br />monitor sales growth, and maintain current pricing, prepare quotes
<br />President: Oversee Company Sales, develop company growth, employee relations,
<br />monitor operating costs
<br />Technical Support: Maintain company servers, e-mail, applications. Update company
<br />manuals, policies, standard operating procedures. Sort and secure company historical
<br />Documents
<br />Driver: Prepare customer orders for shipment, load/unload trucks, ensure proper
<br />documentation is present for delivery, maintain company vehicles, drive to numerous
<br />destinations daily, interact with customers, maintain driver log,
<br />Production worker: Work on automated line, hanging parts and unloading parts, inspect
<br />parts coming out of production oven for defects, palletize parts to prepare for shipment,
<br />touch up parts with aerosol cans, maintain clean, safe work environment, be available to
<br />work in various areas of the shop, sanding, cleaning metal surfaces, masking parts prior
<br />to painting, able to repeatedly lift parts above shoulder level for extended periods of time.
<br />Shipping Manager: Responsible for delivery of completed orders, schedule driver drop-
<br />offs and pick-ups, work hours, overtime and time off.
<br />Shipping: Package parts for shipment, ensure proper paperwork is present, receive
<br />goods, sort and stock company supplies, monitor supply levels.
<br />Sanders: Prepare parts for finish by filling, sanding. Remove paint from rework parts,
<br />operate sanders, grinders and polishers. Operate down tables. Mask parts. Maintain safe
<br />and clean work area.
<br />Prep Worker: Read blueprints, mask off areas according to blueprints, touch up cleaning
<br />as required. Prepare parts for paint. Unmask parts after paint. Package parts for shipment.
<br />Quality Control: Read blueprints, inspect parts, identify and correct defects, monitor
<br />production for quality issues. Random inspection of production runs. Document
<br />inspection findings. Prepare historical documents. Report to production manager and
<br />president,.
