Manifest 4007751423 <br />To Whom it May Concern, <br />1, Norman Lumpk-in, a worker for B&C Painting Solutions, have attempted to locate the <br />Designated Facility to Generator receipt for Manifest # 007751423. 1 searched all our <br />records and could not locate the missing paperwork. I called the destination facility, <br />"GEM Environmental" numerous times and requested a copy of the paperwork to no <br />avail.
