Von Flue <br />RE: Follow-up Notice to Comply <br />Mr. Von Flue, <br />This letter is to inform you that I have corrected the following notice to comply that you <br />have requested by 1-27-03. <br />Enclosed you will find: <br />**Signed copies of manifest that were picked upon 1-15-03. A total of 4 barrels was <br />consolidated and were shipped according to your inspection. <br />**Copies of proper documentation of hazardous waste training according to Title 22 <br />CCR. Nelson Arellano and myself are the only person's that are handling all hazardous <br />waste at our facility. <br />**Copy of training for employee's for Spill Prevention and Hazardous Materials <br />Handling. <br />As for my EPA I.D. # for 119, they are still processing the paperwork.
