* * * Exit signs are located over every door that leads out. <br />* * * Emergency Evacuation maps are posted throughout the facility for designated exits and <br />primary assembly area. <br />* * * Proceed in a calm and controlled manner. DO NOT PANIC! <br />* * * All employees are to assemble at the primary assembly area unless otherwise notified of <br />a different location. <br />NOTE. If you are visiting an area different from your primary work area, evacuate and <br />assemble with the employees in that area. <br />* * * The Evacuation Leads will account for workers and visitors in their area. <br />They will then report the status of their personnel (accounted for, unaccounted for and <br />extra personnel) to the Logistics Officer when he/she arrives at the assembly area. <br />* * * All Qersonnel are to stay at the assembly area until the "ALL CLEAR". Assembly <br />relocation, or other instruction are given by the Logistics Officer. Remember a good <br />rule of thumb is always send all personnel up, up and away from any hazards. (Up hill, <br />Up wind, and far away!) <br />LogisticsNo employee is allowed to approach the Command Center unless instructed by the <br />Officer or All <br />communications to the IC shall be done through <br />these Off icers. <br />* * * VISITORS: The visitors host is responsible for accounting for any visitor. <br />* * * NOTE: The visitors Log can be used as a tool to account for visitors/contractors. <br />(Receptionists are to be sure the visitor has signed in and out at front office.) <br />km <br />
