McKinley <br /> 430 Moffat Boulevard <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> SUBJECT: SITE PLAN #187 <br /> Enclosed is the above site plan which has been reviewed by the <br /> Public Works Director and myself and approved subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 . There shall be no parking of abandoned or wrecked vehicles <br /> along front of property. <br /> 2. Delete parking spaces shown at front of property. <br /> 3. Developer shall bond for construction of industrial curb <br /> and gutter, utility pole relocation, street lights , storm <br /> drainage facilities and paving from gutter to existing edge <br /> of pavement. Future construction shall conform to Manteca <br /> City Standards. Bond for $3,200 shall be granted to the <br /> City of Manteca. <br /> 4. Grease trap to conform to Manteca City Standard M-2 <br /> (attached) . NOTE: Possibly sewer pipe at existing building <br /> too high to obtain proper fall from grease trap to existing <br /> sewer line in building. Separate sewer line may be necessary. <br /> 5. Clean-out detail S-13 as located below. <br />
