Complainant consumed a western <br /> burger and onion rings.Approximately 1 hour later he/she became ill with symptoms of abdominal pain,vomiting and <br /> diarrhea. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> womar7483@gmaill.com <br /> Spoke with the manager and he informed me that there was a lady who requested fresh onion rings which come with the <br /> western bacon burger. No other complaints received regarding this matter. <br /> The wester bacon burger contains Bread, beef patty, bacon, cheese bbq sauce and onion rings. <br /> Beef patties are received every 2 weeks,frozen. Stored in the walk in freezer(OF)and meat patty freezer(OF).
