Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Informed the manager regarding complaint. Manager was not aware of this complaint. Per manager there were no other <br /> complaints regarding this matter. <br /> The floor in the customer area is clean at this time. No water on the floor, in the customer area now. <br /> There is some water in the preparation area, on some parts of the floor.
