This facility's designated operator is James Williams and others from BZ Maintenance (ICC expiration date: 6/5/2015) . The service technician was Zane Nimmo (ICC expiration date: 6/25/2015), who had the following manufacturer's certifications: VR 9/26/2015, VMI 1/30/2015. No violation was observed during this inspection. Slave UST turbine is still down for the second year. Only the Master UST turbine is working and the slave tank is effective being used as a siphon tank. Monitoring System is not affected; the sensor in the slave STP sump shuts down the Master STP when tested.
