S.) circuit. The transducer data of the existing <br />PLLD is transmitted thru the VSFC and received by the Veeder Root TLS -350 for PLLD <br />monitoring (VSFC does not monitor PLLD). <br />- Repair the existing VSFC at the 87 Master & Slave tanks, and verify PLLD operability <br />and positive shutdown. <br />EHD has verified in an inspection on October 9, 2009 that the VSFC and the 2 horse -power STP <br />have already been installed at the above-mentioned facility around July 2009. The permit has <br />been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Contact Jeffrey Wong (468-0335) to arrange the following inspection. A 48-hour notice <br />is required: <br />The EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. All monitoring system <br />sensors must be tested (as if a Cold Start had been performed). Please be aware <br />that the facility cannot operate before the EHD inspection and approval of this <br />Functionality Test. <br />3. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede <br />the previous ones. <br />4. If concrete is broken near the UST system, a hydrostatic test by a SWRCB licensed tank <br />tester, or a tank secondary containment test, must be performed in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines and witnessed by EHD. <br />5. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization.
