Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw a small amount of rodent droppings in several kitchen locations.All evidence shall be removed and <br /> surfaces sanitized. Make sure to clean areas under equipment and on the sides/behind equipment. Clean and sanitize all <br /> shelves. Facility shall be pest free. Seal all entry points and set up traps. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Some surfaces need detail cleaning. Clean any unsanitary surface on a routine basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
